It’s a new year. Well, the economy did not go on holiday. This year, we have made it one of our resolutions to help you – YES you – make I.T work for your business. When technology works for you, it means:

• you can automate some processes in your business, and,
• you can use these processes to reduce costs AND increase revenue.

We will write about many beneficial things that will make this happen for you. Some of them are tools you could use, others are processes that have few steps to be carried out. We are confident that the further we break down the processes, the easier it will be for you to put them into place and start saving on costs and making the extra income.

We are starting off with a series called “The Smart Tools kit”. These are tools that meet the requirements above and have at least one of the following attributes:

• enhance productivity
• are free or affordable
• can grow with scale
